that includes unlimited AI processing, classification, training and coaching tools with no added cost.

okay let me go over this with the team.
Is this something that we could hold the data at your location for one month then move it to our server and drop the cost down until we are able to run the server on our own?

We don't ask for any contractual obligations and we only charge for what we actually have in storage. But it does take time to upload and index that amount of data. Especially if you want AI to fully process it. So I think two months is kind of a minimum time.

is there any other options besides RSYNC? Can we RSYNC into the folder we would like it to reside in the "Project" location?

Yes we support any options for uploading such as LucidLink or Dropbox. But you dont need any of them since we have our own Desktop Sync that does not cost anything. We just need to check that your deployment and desktop are compatible: https://emedialibrary.com/downloads.html

And yes, each Project has a structure associated with it. So the uploading can be organized by folders structures that you might already be using. This is good for mapping existing a large folder tree into many smaller projects records.

I am wondering if there is a way that we can add file to this folder:

What I am thinking is that we would have a element that follows this file and it would be in this location

Hi Jacob, the only way to export high quality copies of Youtube videos is to use something called Google Takeout and enable YouTube videos. Have it email you a link and download the zip split files and restore them on a large hard drive. Then we can use the Desktop tool to upload them to us if needed.

Or have them restore to Google Drive or Dropbox and share them with eMedia to download.

I have looked into that and will look to making that happen. I did the Takeout on another site. Once I have them, of witch will not be soon, I will connect with you to see what is the best way to sync them to Emedia Library
